Sessions last about 60 minutes. After, you'll receive 40+ fully edited images (with print release) within 2 weeks, along with 5+ sneak-peak images sent within 72 hours, so you can begin sharing right away.

Let's get scheduled

1. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A non-refundable retainer fee is due at time of signing and the remaining invoice will be due by your session date. Should you need to cancel, you will not be held responsible for the remaining invoice, and if you've already paid on that amount, I will issue a refund! Please note, 24-hour notice is required for cancellations, unless there is an emergency, illness, etc.

If you need to reschedule, we will make every reasonable effort to find a new date and time. If we are unable to do so, we will have to treat it as a cancellation.

2. Do you help with planning our family or newborn session?

Absolutely! As much or as little help as you would like. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire when booking, followed by a "welcome" sent to your email. These will be our starting point to ensure we make the most out of your session and get you the look you need.

3. do you travel?

If your requested location is outside of the Omaha metro area, I follow IRS mileage reimbursement guidelines. You may be responsible for other travel costs as well, depending on the situation. Feel free to contact me if you have further questions!

4. Do you offer digital files, prints or photo books?

Yes! All of them. Each package comes with a certain amount of digital files and print products (with the option to purchase more, where applicable). Once the gallery is delivered, you are able to purchase more directly from the gallery site. I offer free consultations for printing products (especially photo books).

5. when is the best time, following birth, to schedule a newborn session?

For true newborn photos, I suggest scheduling within the first two weeks, with week 2 being kind of the sweet spot (you may have multiple doctors appointments in the first week and still be settling in at home).

You can schedule your newborn session WHENEVER though. In the early days, we can capture your baby's cozy sleepiness, teeny hands and feet and newborn snuggles. As they grow, we'll be able to capture more eyes open, playful smiles and giggles and your sweet, growing connection with them.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Oh yes. Send over any inspiration you've found - from my own portfolio, from Pinterest, wherever! - to help make sure we get you what you're looking for!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course! We will consult in person, by video chat, phone call and/or exchange as many emails as we need.

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

Within 10 business days!
